What is eating healthy anyway? Since this is a homesteading blog, you might think that I am some kind of health food fanatic. But that is not the case at all! I believe that some food is healthy for our body and some food is healthy for our soal. And we should eat it all and enjoy it!
Of course, I don't suggest you live on pizza and hot-dogs, our diet should include lots of vegetables and fruit, healthy meats, nuts, fats and everything else that is available for us. Just with balance.
I try to grow as much of the things we eat here on the homestead. My cooking style is very simple and easy. I don't like complicated anything.
