Peppers are an amazing crop for the homesteader! They come in so many different shapes, colors, and flavors. There are many ways to preserve them and cook them.
They are a staple in the garden and sell great at the market. They are a sign of the peak of summer and even though it takes some effort to grow them, they are worth it!
Growing Peppers…

Preserving Peppers…
